Our Fee Structure
We believe in clarity when it comes to professional fees. Our tax preparation and accounting services are offered at fixed fees within service tiers, based on the scope and complexity of your needs. Before beginning work, we will review your situation and confirm the applicable fee.
Minimum Fees
Fees for our services begin at:

Individual income tax preparation: $400

Business income tax preparation: $1,000

Accounting and bookkeeping services: $200 per month
These amounts represent minimum fees, rather than quotes for every engagement. Your fixed fee will depend on the services required, the complexity of your tax or accounting matters, and the condition and completeness of your records.
Advisory and Planning Services
Tax planning, business consulting, and other advisory services are billed hourly and are separate from tax preparation and accounting fees unless specifically included in your engagement. We will discuss the applicable hourly rate and anticipated scope with you before beginning these services.
Changes in Scope
If your needs change or additional work becomes necessary beyond the agreed-upon scope, we will discuss any fee adjustment with you before proceeding.

Potential new client first time consultation meetings are free in good faith.
